SCOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2
🌟 Where Passion Meets Purpose: My Teaching Journey 🌟
FIFTH WEEK
🎉 After the joyous Christmas vacation 🎄, we returned to our beloved school 🏫, eager to dive back into our routine. As teachers, we wore multiple hats, and this week was no exception 🤝.
📚 In addition to our regular classes 📖, we took on extra responsibilities 📝. We corrected answer sheets 📝 and recorded our students' marks 📊, ensuring their hard work was accurately reflected 🤞.
🍴 On Monday and Tuesday, we served mid-day meals 🍴, providing our students with nutritious food to fuel their minds and bodies 🍎. It was heartwarming to see them enjoy their meals and socialize with their peers 👫.
🏆 On Friday, we held a special assembly 🎉 to felicitate our students for their outstanding achievements 🏆🎖🏅. It was a proud moment for us teachers, seeing our students receive recognition for their dedication and perseverance 💪.
📆 This week was also marked by a few notable events 📅. January 2nd was a holiday 🎉, giving us a brief break to recharge 🧘♀. We also conducted a PTA meeting 📢 on Friday for our high school students, which was a great opportunity for parents and teachers to connect and discuss our students' progress 🤝.
A pre-test examination on BODMAS was administered to Class 8 E students. The assessment aimed to evaluate their prior knowledge and understanding of the concept. A total of 22 students participated, and the results showed a moderate level of understanding. The average score was 60%, indicating a need for improvement. The pre-test data will serve as a baseline for my research, informing the development of instructional strategies to enhance students' understanding of BODMAS.
🌈 Overall, the week was perfect 🌞. We experienced a mix of routine and special events, all of which contributed to a fulfilling and purposeful teaching journey 🌟. As I reflect on the week, I am reminded of why I became a teacher in the first place: to make a positive impact on young minds and to inspire them to reach their full potential 🌱.
