SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2
"When you learn, teach. When you get, give."
FOURTH WEEK
My teaching practice was a transformative experience 🌈 that allowed me to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical classroom instruction 📝. I had the opportunity to refine my time management skills ⏰, ensuring that each lesson segment was delivered within the allotted time ⏱ while maintaining student attention and engagement 👂. This experience taught me the importance of being flexible and adaptable in the classroom 🌟. On Monday, I was assigned to serve mid-day meals 🍴👫, which gave me insight into the importance of nutrition in supporting student learning 🍎. On Thursday and Friday, I took on discipline duty 👮♂📚, which helped me develop my classroom management skills 📚.
📆 This week's schedule was packed with various responsibilities 📅! 2nd January was a holiday 🎊 due to Mannam Jayanthi celebrations 🎁, which gave me a chance to recharge and reflect on my teaching practice 🙏. In addition to my regular duties, I was also tasked with checking the answer sheets of the Malayalam paper 📝 in the absence of the Malayalam teacher due to illness 🤒. This responsibility helped me develop my assessment and evaluation skills 📊. Furthermore, I was given many substitution duties 🔄, which required me to be flexible and adapt to new teaching environments and student needs 🌈. On Friday assembly was conducted and principal distributed the prize for the winners at kalolsavam.
🌟 Ultimately, this teaching practice has been a invaluable experience 🙏 that has strengthened my confidence 💪 in my ability to teach and adapt to any situation 🌈. I have developed a range of skills, including time management, classroom management, and assessment and evaluation 📚. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with a diverse group of students and teachers 🌎, and I am excited to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained to my future teaching practice 🎉. Bring on the next chapter 📚!
