"Each day in the classroom is a step closer to shaping future leaders." 🏫👩🏼🏫 As I embarked on my third week of teaching practice, I found myself navigating the complexities of the classroom with increasing confidence. The week began with a focus on engaging students more actively in lessons. I experimented with group activities, which sparked lively discussions and allowed students to learn from one another. Classroom management continued to be a learning curve, but it was rewarding to see students respond positively to my innovative techniques, leading to fewer disruptions and a more conducive learning environment. 📚
As usual, we had disciplinary duty and the mid-day meal program 🧆 🍚🍛. Serving as a disciplinary monitor taught me valuable life skills such as responsibility, leadership, and time management, while also fostering empathy and communication with peers and staff. Meanwhile, the mid-day meal program provided a sense of community and equality among students. It was heart warming to see students from different backgrounds come together and share a meal. 🍴 This experience reinforced the importance of creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. As I reflected on my experience, I realized that teaching is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about shaping young minds and fostering a sense of community.
The sports day ⚽🏀🎾 was conducted on Friday, and we were asked to be a part of that event. There were a lot of sports programs conducted, and it was amazing to see students showcase their talents. This sports day brought me back to my school life 🥰, and I felt nostalgic seeing students enjoy themselves. Overall, this week was full of memorable moments, and I felt grateful for every teaching moment. "Turning lessons into lifelong memories. Grateful for every teaching moment." 👩🏼🏫🥰
