𝑺𝑰𝑿𝑻𝑯 𝑾𝑬𝑬𝑲 (14/11/2024) - (18/11/2024)

"Building connections and sharing knowledge—proud to be on this teaching journey." 🏫❤👩🏼‍🏫 This week was a mix of successes and challenges in my teaching journey 🤩. As usual, I had my regular periods, where I continued to refine my teaching skills and connect with my students. We had various activities, including discipline duty, managing substitution classes, serving mid-day meals 🍚🍛, supervising a quiz competition 📝, and conducting special counseling classes on women's safety 👩🏼. These experiences not only helped me develop my teaching skills but also allowed me to build stronger relationships with my students.


I'm proud of the progress made in classroom management, thanks to implementing a positive reinforcement system 🌈. Gathering student feedback was invaluable, as it helped me understand their needs and preferences. While many students enjoyed group activities, some felt overwhelmed by the lesson pace 🤔. I'll incorporate more review sessions and check-ins to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Reflecting on this week reinforces my commitment to creating a supportive learning environment 🌟. I'll continue to grow as an educator by acknowledging successes and challenges, refining my teaching practices to better serve my students 👩🏼‍🏫🧑‍🤝‍🧑.


As I look back on this week, I'm reminded of the importance of being flexible and adaptable in the classroom 🌈. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I'm grateful for the chance to learn and grow alongside my students. I'm proud to be on this teaching journey, and I'm excited to see what the future holds 🎉. With every step, I'm building connections and sharing knowledge, and I know that I'm making a positive impact on the lives of my students 🌟.
