The week began with a focus on engaging students more actively in lessons. I experimented with group activities, which sparked lively discussions and allowed students to learn from one another. Classroom management continued to be a learning curve, but it was rewarding to see students respond positively to my innovative techniques, leading to fewer disruptions and a more conducive learning environment. 📚 As usual, we had disciplinary duty and the mid-day meal program 🧆 🍚🍛. Serving as a disciplinary monitor taught me valuable life skills such as responsibility, leadership, and time management, while also fostering empathy and communication with peers and staff....

I made a conscious effort to maintain a quiet environment, ensuring that all students comprehended the rules and addressing any queries they had, which helped to establish a sense of calm and focus among the students.  Additionally, I honed my time management skills, regularly checking the clock and monitoring student progress effectively, which allowed me to stay on top of the examination schedule ...

The very well beginning as a teacher gets started and it was a memorable one. I filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness during the first two days. The Principal, Mrs. JayasreeMa'am welcomed us warmly. I was allotted to NRPM Higher Secondary School, Pullukulangara along with the rest of my six colleagues.   Me, Mereena, Kajal, Sreejitha, Vishnupriya, Athulya, Bhagyalekshmi together visited the office and mark our attendance. We are allotted with auditorium as a staff room.  After marking our attendance, my fellow trainees and I proceeded to our allotted room, where we settled in and kept our belongings. Bidding farewell to our beloved seniors was a bittersweet moment for all of us. It was a day filled with mixed emotions - happiness for the new chapter that our seniors were about to embark on, and sadness that they would no longer be a part of our daily lives. As we gathered to bid them farewell, we couldn't help but think about the memories we had created together. Our seniors shared many valuable experiences with us, imparting their wisdom and knowledge gained over the years. They spoke about the challenges they had faced, the lessons they had learned, and the memories they had created during their time with us. Their words of wisdom and encouragement inspired us to work hard, pursue our passions, and make the most of the opportunities that come our way. As we said our final goodbyes, we thanked our seniors for being an integral part of our lives. We acknowledged the impact they had on us, and the memories we had created together. We wished them all the best for their future end...

OPPRAM, Together We Travelled....👭🫂💓💖 OPPRAM, the community living camp, is a memory I'll treasure forever in my life 🙏. The memories of those days are forever etched in my heart 💖. It was an incredible journey that started with a famous film director, Sri. Antony Sony, and an amazing dance performance that revealed our camp name 🎉. The camp was a beautiful blend of culture, justice, environment, and values 🌈. Day 1 was about our culture, and the programs that followed showed the talent and diversity of our group 🎊. The dance performances still resonate in my mind, filling my heart with joy 💃. The evening session with Jyothikumar sir was hilarious, creating memories I'll cherish forever 😂. It was a wonderful way to unwind and bond with my fellow campers 👫. As I look back, I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of this camp 🙏.
